You can consult with the person you want to take the transfer before the transfer is made in Microsoft® Office Communications Server 2007 R2
Attendant by following these steps:
- Click the Consult icon.
- Click either the voice or IM icon. If the recipient agrees to take the transfer, click the Connect icon.
If the transfer is successful, NO visual indicator is displayed — the call simply disappears from your Conversation window.
