I’m a Program Manager on the Office Communicator team, working on Office Integration and parts of the OC main UI.  I’ve been at Microsoft for just under 2 years.  Prior to this, I’ve worked in a variety of industries; steel fabrication, pharmaceuticals, banking, and supply chain management.

Hi Ginger,
Since our firm upgraded from 2005 to 2007 OC, we have numerous systems that have this issue: During a System Shutdown, OC2007 doesn't close properly and hangs the shutdown until the user clicks End Now.  I'm always looking for a new patch and hope that will resolve our issue.  Even after the most recent patch (6362.129) the problem continues.  We didn't see this on OC 2005.  Do you have any insight or comments on this?
