Hi Ankit

I have read your call forwarding post with interest.  I am using a remote call control gateway and find that when a user rejects an incoming call by closing out the toast notifcation, the caller gets a busy signal.  We would like the caller to be redirected to voice mail if the user rejects the call.  Is it possible to configure this?
