I am a Support Escalation Engineer, originally on the Platforms Networking Team and now supporting all aspects of LCS and OCS.  I worked on the LCS 2003 Virtual Team and have been on the Beta Programs for LCS 2005, LCS 2005 SP1, and OCS 2007.  I create and deliver LCS and OCS training internally at Microsoft.  I continue to enjoy the new challenges this ever-changing product brings and look forward to our future releases!
